In working with adolescents, Allison uses cognitive strategies, role-play and humor to help promote positive change. Allison understands the social and academic pressure of today’s adolescents and provides a safe place to learn and grow from life’s experiences. She helps adolescents learn new ways of thinking and behaving to help them succeed in all areas of life.
